GOLDEN SWAN AGED BOTTLES - Our Golden Swan aged in bottles for 8 months but packaged without a secondary fermentation. The remaining sugar upon packaging which was left was fermented in the bottles and gives a very soft carbonation with ultra tiny bubbles.
