LAERTES - Barrel-fermented Wild Blonde Sour with Viognier juice from Rappahannock Cellars and aged for 1 year and soured with our "Critter" culture. Served Keg Conditioned.
SPACE LORDS - A Wild Golden Barrel-fermented and aged 11 months in fresh red wine barrels from Linden Vineyards. A collaboration with ASLIN BEER CO, Served Keg Conditioned.
